By our Training and Consulting Activities, we support the EU-GRANT OFFICER of an institution
Our Training and Consulting sessions support the EU-GRANT OFFICER of an Applicant institution, offering the possibility of long-term cooperations, also as PARTNER / CONSORTIUM LEAD within European, cross-national Consortia, without incurring running staff costs, providing a META-competence, as bundle of interdisciplinary competences, for the institutions we work with, in order to develop and implement bids/project applications funded by the EU.
Our Training and Consulting Activities are both general, on EU Funding Programmes, as well as bespoke, project-oriented.
We contribute to developing capacity building at the level of the institutions we work with, aiming at strengthening their competences related to EU Funding Programmes and Application/Proposal/Bid development, in order to access EU funds and implement such EU-granted projects.
We always encourage Applicant Institutions to participate in all briefing activities run by the European Commission and their Proxies in the EU member/Programme countries (e.g. National Agencies).

Through our Training and Consulting activities, we implement the vision of the institutions we work with in PARTNERSHIP scheme, linking them to the policies promoted by the European institutions in charge – the European Commission and its proxies, the National Agencies in the EU Member Countries/Programme Countries.

We promote vocational mobility in Europe for Young Talent in IVT (Initial Vocational Education and Training) / holding a vocational qualification, facing reduced employability prospects in their country of origin by using the ERASMUS+ Funding Programme of the EU.

b) to Training and Consulting on Project Management during the project Implementation of a EU-funded project, compliant with the Project Management Methodology developed by the European Commission.
