In all what we do, through PARTNERSHIP cooperations, strengthening the CAPACITY BUILDING of the institutions we work with, we solve our partners´ difficulties related to accessing EU funding to make their dreams come true, obtaining funding for developing their brainchild and let it grow throughout the lifecycle of a EU-funded project.
By what we do, we are the ALTERNATIVE to the EU-GRANT OFFICER
We are the alternative to the EU-GRANT OFFICER, offering the possibility of long-term cooperations, as PARTNER, on an EXCLUSIVITY basis, without running staff costs, providing a META-competence, as bundle of interdisciplinary competences, for the PARTNER institutions we work for and with in order to develop and implement bids/project applications funded by the EU. We contribute to developing the capacity building at the level of the PARTNER institutions we work with and for with regards to strengthening their competences in the area of bid developed to access EU funds and implement such EU-granted projects.

Spanning the wide spectrum of funding programmes, from the ERASMUS+ funding programme, with Mobility Projects, Strategic Partnerships across the previous INTELLIGENT ENERGY EUROPE funding programme to the current HORIZON EUROPE funding programme, we develop and implement projects funded by the EU, juggling interdisciplinary areas, such as ICT – AI, Manufacturing and Machining, Health, Hospitality and Catering, Energy Efficiency in Construction, Sustainability.
This spectrum can be modelled, depending on the institutional development needs of the client-partner institution.
What we provide and who for
We provide the whole spectrum throughout the lifecycle of the EU-funded project: from development of EU project proposals, from scratch, with international consortia, to project management in line with the methodology developed by the European Commission during the project implementation on a PARTNERSHIP basis.
We work with and for: education providers, companies, public institutions, such as Health Providers (Hospitals), professional umbrella associations across Europe.

The EU Funding Programmes – Our experience and interest
We implement the visions of the institutions we work for in PARTNERSHIP scheme, linking them to the policies promoted by the European institutions in charge – the European Commission and its National Agencies in the EU member/programme countries.

We promote innovation by focusing on sectors of strategic relevance to the institutions we work for and with, be these education providers or companies / public institutions (e.g. Hospitals) in the areas ICT – AI – Digitalisation; Manufacturing; Electronics; Health & Digitalisation; High End Tourism – Hospitality and Catering.
We promote the vocational mobility in Europe of young people in IVT / holding a vocational qualification, yet with reduced employability prospects in their country of origin by using the ERASMUS+ Funding Programme of the EU.
Our comprehensive past experience, since 1995 with developing bids/project applications to access EU funds within the framework of special EU funding programmes, such as ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN BUILDINGS (INTELLIGENT ENERGY EUROPE – SAVE) enables us, the team from EUCONTACT, to successfully operate as developer of EU projects/bids also under the EUROPEAN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES (2021 until 2027) HORIZON EUROPE and DIGITAL EUROPE in partnership with institutions, such as education and research institutions, hospitals, private companies and public institutions based in different countries in Europe.
